The florist is responsible for the floral decoration throughout the hotel and for the visit of the florist. He/she must also provide a cohesive floral product for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, reception halls and special occasions that meets hotel presentation standards.

• Prepares arrangements/vases for bedrooms, receptions and public areas
• Replaces, maintains and delivers arrangements/vases as needed
• Keeps flower containers/arrangements clean and in good condition
• Handles outside customers and guests with courtesy and promptness while maximizing sales
• Prepare floral arrangements for in-house wedding parties, as required
• Help with inventory of materials and flowers
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and repaired
• Immediately reports customer complaints to superior
• Complies with hotel health, safety and hygiene policies and adheres to hygiene and personal care standards
• Attend meetings and training sessions as needed

What we need from you

Ideally, you have some or all of the following skills and experience we are looking for:

• Basic level of spoken/written English
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (4-5* hotel)
• Hygiene certificates
• Full eye details
• Flexibility in shifts
