It’s natural for a global pandemic to put the fun on hold, but as the world opens up again, organizations are looking for ways to recognize their frontline workers. Cleaning staff members have been called upon to keep facilities safe throughout 2020 and despite a virus threat. Now IEHA seeks to recognize these people with a little fun.

IEHA hosts the 32nd Annual Housekeeping Olympiad, an inspiring and fun challenge for those in the healthcare, hospitality, facilities management and residential cleaning industries. This event is a chance for cleaning crews to represent their business, boost their personal motivation and compete for the grand prize trophy.

Participants just have to build a team and prove they are the best in the business. Qualifying rounds begin September 12-18, and team registrations are already open.

Teams must include a minimum of four people and registration must be completed by August 21 to receive a discount. Teams will also be required to participate in the Virtual Qualifying Round during Housekeeping/EVS Awareness Week, September 12-18, 2021.
