1). NAME OF THE WORK: Housekeeping services at the Bank’s regional office building in
AURANGABAD II.
- Tender cost: The cost of the bidding documents must be paid by sight draft for Rs 590/- of a scheduled bank issued in favor of Canara Bank, Aurangabad II Regional Office payable to AURANGABAD. Bidders who download the bidding documents from the website should submit the cost of the bidding documents as above by means of a draft request together with the bidding documents .

- EMD AMOUNT: Rs. 18,000/- by means of a sight draft from an intended bank drawn in favor of Canara Bank, Aurangabad II Regional Office payable to AURANGABAD (in a separate sealed envelope and this must be submitted with the technical and commercial offer).

5). Tender concept: The concept of the tender is “Two Envelope Concept”
First envelope – 1 – Technical and commercial offer
Second envelope – 2 – Price offer
Both offers must be submitted on the same date and time, but in separate envelopes, sealed and bearing the name of the work on the envelope.
6). Date of the pre-tender meeting: 03.15.2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the General Administration Section, Canara Bank, Regional Office, AURANGABAD II.
7). Bid submission: The original tender as duly completed must be submitted in the respective sealed envelopes.
8). Date of submission: Sealed envelopes to be delivered at the latest 31.3.2022 until 3 p.m.at the address mentioned above.
9). Opening date: The technical and commercial offers will be opened on 31.3.2022 at 3:30 p.m.at the address mentioned above.

Date of opening of the price offer: will be communicated separately to those who are qualified in the technical offer.
